Kimberly Anne Benjamin, PHR experience spans more than 16 years in human resources where her skills impacted the development of certain areas as Benefit Administration, Affirmative Action Plans, Diversity & Worklife Integration, Succession Planning, Training, Recruitment & Selection, Mentor Programs, Summer Internship Programs, New Hire Orientations and Store Management. She has worked as a human resource professional at major companies, such as , General Motors, Ford Motor Company, ITT Industries, Wal-mart, Toys-R-Us, Kelsey Hayes and Cornerstone Schools . She is currently a Career and Job Search Professor at Concordia University.
Born and raised in Lansing, Michigan, Ms Kimberly Benjamin brings a unique perspective and personal passion on each client project. Kimberly received her Bachelors Degree in Management and Marketing from Eastern Michigan University in 1992 and her Masters of Arts Degree in Labor Relations and Human Resource Management from Wayne State University in 1997. Kim is also a certified Professional in Human Resources (PHR) through The Human Resource Certification Institute. Kimberly is also a member of The Society of Human Resource Management (SHRM) and The Human Resource Association of Greater Detroit (HRAGD) organizations.
Ms. Kimberly Benjamin has made it her mission to help organizations to establish effective human resources programs, policies and strategies.
